Business Development Manager
Miguel has over 20 years of experience in the optical industry. He began his career in New Jersey in 1992 and maintains a current optician licenses in New Jersey and Florida. Prior to joining My Vision Express, Miguel served in various positions both in and out of the optical industry. He owned and operated a successful optical practice, has served as general manager for one of the larger optical retailers, and was the regional director of operations for South Florida-based company.
Regional Account Manager
Josh is My Vision Express’s West Coast Regional Sales Manager and our longest serving sales team member. He has eight years of experience in optical industry software sales and over that time has amassed a wealth of knowledge about the business. Josh draws on his experience and takes a consultative approach as he works with all of his prospects and customers and demonstrates the best ways to get the most from the software. This results in very happy customers which range from the independent practitioner to one of the largest U.S. optical retailers.
Regional Account Manager
Carlos has over fourteen years of sales experience in Information Technology (IT) business solutions and has worked for some of the industry’s leading IT solutions providers. His expert knowledge allows for him to easily explain how the software can help be a key driver in the maintenance and growth of your organization. Carlos has been with My Vision Express since April 2011 and currently serves as the Southeastern Regional Sales Manager.
|Nichol Wills, ABO, NCLE
Regional Account Manager
Nichol Wills began her optical career as an optical manager with the top world-wide optical retailer in 2005 and has gone on to run multi-location private opticals. Nichol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Miami and maintains current ABO & NCLE certifications. She has been part of the My Vision Express team since January of 2012 and is currently the Northeastern Regional Sales Manager. Her extensive optical knowledge and experience helps offices clearly understand how My Vision Express will help accelerate their practice.
Regional Account ManagerRobert has ten years of Information Technology sales experience, the last two of which have been with My Vision Express. Known for his enthusiastic, customer-focused mentality Robert shows the value of our software to our prospects and customers who really appreciate his input. He shows a genuine understanding of the issues that affect the industry and stands ready to assist as needed. Robert currently serves as our Central Region Account Manager.
|Jennifer Childress, LDO
Implementation and Training Manager
Jennifer is a Board Certified Licensed Optician with over 17 years experience in the optical industry. Jennifer has achieved both ABO and NCLE certification, has owned and operated a successful practice, and served as the general manager for one of the most successful independent optical retailers in South Florida. Years of optical management have taught her the complexities of virtually every practice type.
Lead On-site Trainer
Denise holds a B.A. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She began her optical career as an ophthalmic technician in 2006 and has been with My Vision Express since January of 2012 as the lead on-site trainer specialized in EHR and Meaningful Use. Years of optical experience allow her to show customers how to optimize workflow within their offices when they adopt My Vision Express.
Veronica came to My Vision Express with seven years of experience in optical sales. During that time, she worked for optical retail chains as well as private optometric practices. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the optical industry allows her to explain how My Vision Express functions in a real context, making it easy for customers to understand and use the software efficiently.
Before joining the My Vision Express training team as our Insurance Billing Specialist, Kim worked in the optical/ophthalmology industry for over ten years. Kim’s years in the industry have equipped her with a great understanding of the complexities of insurance plans. This experience and knowledge makes Kim an invaluable asset to the training team and to our customers.
Lisa is originally from the Metro Detroit area where she started her optical career in retail, dispensing for two large chains. In 1989, Lisa began working for a major wholesale optical lab providing customer service to doctors and opticians. All those years of experience in a wholesale lab environment she now brings to My Vision Express and its customers.
Lead Implementation Coordinator
Meghan Modreck has been an Implementation Coordinator at My Vision Express since 2011. Prior to that, she worked for over six years as a patient care coordinator and in supporting ophthalmic EHR software. Her credo is that the customer should be treated with the utmost professionalism, promoting an atmosphere of mutual respect that facilitates a common goal: a successful software implementation.
Scott has over fifteen years of experience in Information Technology and since 2012 Scott has been sharing that experience with our customers in the Implementation Department. Prior to that, Scott worked as a technical lead, dealing primarily with enterprise and global level customers, for one of the world’s largest software companies.
