When you include the Annual Maintenance and Support Plan in your purchase, you will receive, free of charge, all software upgrades of your software for the next year.  My Vision Express typically releases 2 to 3 major upgrades during a year. In addition to free upgrades, you also receive unlimited world-class support directly from a certified support engineer via the My Vision Express Helpdesk. Your questions will be answered promptly and clearly. It's our goal to delight you with our support.

Assistance with Network setup
If you are a network edition customer you have to make sure that  the network is properly setup prior to installing My Vision Express. Network difficulties such as connectivity issues due to a firewall or antivirus programs are NOT covered under the regular program support and maintenance plan. If assistance is needed we can still provided it at an extra charge:

  • $95 per incident or


  • Connectivity Package*
    12-month package that includes unlimited assistance for connectivity issues for only $499 (this covers unlimited computers within the same location).

*Requires High Speed internet Connection

After-Hours Support
After -Hours support is NOT included on your regular Maintenance and Support Plan; however we will provide the support if needed on an hourly basis charge:

  •  $200/hr with a minimum of 1 hour and hourly increments 

 

Clients who are not on the Maintenance and Support Plan
If you did not purchase or discontinued your
Annual Maintenance and Support Plan and wish to later renew the following reinstatement fee policy will apply:

  • Within six-months of support expiration or six-months of purchase a $1000 fee will be applied.

  • If your plan expired for more than six-months the reinstatement fee is the current software price

We also offer one time support:

  • If a client is within 6-months of their support expiration a $125 per hour fee, with a two-hour minimum will be applied.

  •  If a client is more than 6-months behind on their maintenance agreement a $200 per hour fee, with a two-hour minimum will be assessed.

 

Keep In Mind…The technical issue you are experiencing may have been fixed in the latest release of My Vision Express. Staying current on your Maintenance and Support plan is always the best policy!
