In addition to free upgrades, you also receive unlimited world-class support directly from a certified support engineer via the My Vision Express Helpdesk. Assistance with
Network setup
If you are a network
edition customer you have to make sure that the network is properly
setup prior to installing My Vision Express. Network difficulties such as
connectivity issues due to a firewall or antivirus programs are NOT covered under
the regular program support and
maintenance plan. If
assistance is needed we can still provided it at an extra charge:

After-Hours Support
After -Hours support is NOT included on
your regular
Maintenance and Support Plan; however
we will provide the support if needed on an hourly basis charge:
Clients who are not on the Maintenance and
Support Plan If you did not purchase or
discontinued your
Annual
Maintenance and Support Plan and wish to later renew the
following reinstatement fee policy will apply:
We also offer one time support:

If a client is within 6-months of their
support expiration a $125 per hour fee, with a two-hour minimum will be
applied.

If a client is more than 6-months behind on
their maintenance agreement a $200 per hour fee, with a two-hour minimum
will be assessed.

technical issue you are experiencing may have been fixed in the latest release
of My Vision Express. Staying current on your Maintenance and Support plan is
always the best policy!
