Microsoft HealthVault gives you easier access to a broader range of information from patients that can help you provide better service and more efficient and informed care. You can also share information more easily with your patients, enabling them to make more informed health decisions every day.
My Vision Express integrates with HealthVault via a web portal called My Vision Chart. You upload patient records to this portal and then each patient can update his HealthVault account based on the information that you provided. Your practice will need to register with HealthVault and with My Vision Chart before you can start uploading patient records.
Patients will also need to register with My Vision Chart to export their records to HealthVault. My Vision Express generates a link and PIN code that you will provide to your patients so that they can complete the registration process.
