Our Customer Support Department will provide assistance with issues related to My Vision Express. This does not include networking, firewall, anti-virus, printer or any other computer problem that is not related to the application. If you needed one of our technicians to resolve a networking, firewall, anti-virus or printer problem; a flat fee of $95 would be assessed.
Our Support and Maintenance Plan covers support Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 am until 7:00 pm EST. However, after-hours support is available at $200/hr with a one hour minimum.
“Switching a server machine” involves both system set-up and network configuration which are not covered under the support contract. If you ever needed this service a flat fee of $195 would be assessed.
These charges are cumulative. For example, a customer that needs after hours support to fix a firewall issue will pay $200 (after-hours fee) + $95 (firewall issue) = $295 (assuming that it takes one hour or less for the issue to be resolved).
