Company

Select each location on the top section of the tab and enter the pertinent company information in the ‘Details’ section at the bottom. This information is used on your receipts, lab copies, insurance claims and some letters. If you use the E-Prescribe feature, this information is also sent with every electronic prescription.

The ‘Company code’ is used for multi-location practices to specify a short name that will help distinguish each location throughout the program. It is always displayed on the application title bar to let you know in what location you logged in to work.

Add and Delete will only be enabled when one of our sales or support representatives connects to your server to add a new location whenever you purchase an additional location license.

If you would like to copy inventory items among locations, click to highlight the location that you want to copy to and click on the button for the specific inventory type that you would like to copy (Frames, Contacts, Spectacle or Other/Services). This will copy to the location that is highlighted each unique inventory item from all the other locations.
