VisionWeb Utility

The VisionWeb Utility screen allows users to setup their interface with VisionWeb so they can place online orders conveniently to the suppliers. You can also use this screen to maintain the RouteOne folder. For more information on VisionWeb setup, refer to the VisionWeb Utility Use section.

To use the VisionWeb utilities:

Select Tools > VisionWeb Utility from the menu bar to open the VisionWeb Utility screen.

To map your inventories and check and edit the order status, click VisionWeb Setup… to open the RouteOne setup screen.

To process all pending orders and send them to VisionWeb, click Process Orders in Queue.

To generate a report showing the status of sent orders, click Get Order Status to open the VisionWeb Order Status screen. Clock Close when you’re finished to return to the VisionWeb Utility screen.

To show the number of pending orders and the number of orders in the OrderStatus folder, click Report Pending Orders…. My Vision Express will open a prompt displaying the number of orders. Click OK when you’re finished to return to the VisionWeb Utility screen.

To clear all saved data on orders from the RouteOne folder, click Clear All Folders.

To clear all processed files from the RouteOne folder, click Clear Processedbox Folder.

To clear all saved OrderStatus data from the RouteOne folder, click Clear OrderStatus Folder.

To clear all stored error messages from the RouteOne folder, click Clear ErrorBox Folder.

To clear all stored reviews from the RouteOne folder, click Clear Reviewbox Folder.
