The Web Links screen allows you to store and access Internet bookmarks within My Vision Express. Bookmarks (also called Favorites in some browsers) let you save links to web.  You can easily revisit pages without having to remember the address or search for them again. Web Bookmark links are accessible by selecting Tools > Web Links… from the menu bar.

 

To modify web links:

Select File > Setup > Web links… from the menu bar to open the Web Links screen.

To add a web link, click Add and fill in the Name, Address and Sort Order fields. If you want the web link to be available throughout various parts of the application, make sure the Active checkbox is checked.

To delete a web link, click to select the appropriate link and click Delete.

To test a web link, click to select the appropriate link and click Test. Your default Internet browser will attempt to open to the URL specified in the Address field.

When you’re finished making changes to this screen, click OK to apply the changes. If you do not want to apply the changes, click Cancel.
