The Batch Receipts/Statement lets you search and print out a list of receipts.
• To apply a Batch Receipt:
1. Follow the menu item sequence … File | Batch | Receipts/Statement.
2. In the Search Section, specify the search criteria to find the receipts you wish to print, and then click Search.
3. A window will appear prompting you if you would like to print out the statements of the batch you’ve just found. Click Ok to print them, else click Cancel.
4. Immediately after, another window will appear to tell you that only the first statement will be displayed.
5. To view this statement: click on the Preview tab.
