This chapter explains how to use the Calendar module to schedule, modify and print appointments. My Vision Express automatically updates new patients enter in through the calendar screen into the system if this option was specified in under company information. The calendar is color-coded to indicate either different services or doctors that have been scheduled for that time slot. The calendar module makes it easy to book appointments and display special events occurring at your practice.
