This section covers how to create and send emails to patients using My Vision Express. My Vision Express allows you to merge data fields from either patients or orders to include in your emails without having to create each email separately. The e-mail module allows you send and receive e-mails from My Vision Express. You can target a marketing promotion; send recalls or any other kind of communication with your Patients, Suppliers, Employees, and Physicians. Each recipient in the e-mail receives an individual e-mail so they will not know about other recipients in the e-mail.
To be able to use this feature, you must have POP e-mail access on the machine. For setting up e-mail POP access check with your Internet access provider or your Administrator.
