The Modifier Screen allows you to add modifiers which are required when processing insurance claims, the most commonly used modifier codes are included in My Vision Express.
• To create new Modifier Codes:
1. Follow the menu item sequence … File | Setup | Modifier.
2. In the Modifier Screen click the Add Button located on the upper right part of the screen.
3. In the Code text box, enter the number of the new Modifier Code.
4. In the Description text box, enter the description of the new Modifier Code.
5. If you would like to add another Modifier Code go to step 2, otherwise click Save then Close from the menu toolbar.
