A: Activating Barcode Label Font:
1. In your Windows OS follow the menu item sequence … Start | Control Panel | Fonts.
NOTE: If you do not see the fonts icon in the control panel switch to classic view by clicking on the Classic View link on the upper left corner of the Control Panel Screen.
2. Search for a font named mrvUEBxsa.ttf and double-click on it. Then go ahead and close the window the font is now active. If you do not see this font on your click here http://myvisionexpress.com/mrvUEBxsa.ttf to download the font.
Now that the barcode font has been activated we can go into My Vision Express can print out barcode labels.

A: To print Barcode Labels from My Vision Express:
1. Login to My Vision Express and follow the menu item sequence … File | Inventory | Frame Barcode labels or Barcode Labels.
2. Specify the search criteria you would like to use to find the item for which you want to print the barcode label. If you wish to see all item in inventory leave the search criteria blank and click the Search Button.
3. On the lower portion of the screen all the items in inventory that match the search criteria will appear, in the labels column specify the number of labels you wish to print for each it then click the Apply Button.
4. Now you are previewing the labels that you are about to print. If you would like to change the label size click on the Labels Button otherwise click the Print Button to click the labels.
