Receipt Notes screen lets you customize the bottom portion of the receipt. You can setup any number of receipt notes to choose from to print on the receipt.
• To add Receipt/Statement Notes:
1. Follow the menu sequence … File | Setup | Receipt Notes.
2. In the Receipts/Statements Screen click the Add Button.
3. Select the Location.
4. Enter the name of the receipt.
5. Specify whether this is the default receipt/note that should be printed at the bottom of every receipt for the specified location.
6. Enter the receipt message that will appear on the receipt.
7. If you would like to delete a specific receipt note just highlight the one you wish to delete and click the Delete Button.
8. If you would like to add another Receipt/Statement Note go to step 2, otherwise click Save then Close from the menu toolbar.
