This option allows you to select the system printer and My Vision Express can export patient demographics data to Medinotes manually or automatically. It can export data in two formats Text and HL7.
• Using the System Setting Screen:
1. Follow the menu item sequence … Tool | Settings.
2. Select the Credit Card receipt printer the drop-down list.
3. To automatically export patient data using 4PatientCare, specify a location, directory, interval, and check the appropriate checkbox(es) with the information you wish to export. These settings are computer specific.
4. If using Vision Web Labs, enter the response time for order processing. Default time is 30 seconds.
5. If you wish to export patient information click the Browse Button and choose the appropriate folder.
6. Specify the time interval at which it should look for changes.
7. Click OK when finished.
8. Restart My Vision Express for changes to take effect.
