This option lets you synchronize inventory counts with items purchased and sold. My Vision Express automatically adjusts inventory when items are sold or purchased. In some cases, if you suspect inventory quantity purchased and sold are not correct this process will readjust the quantity purchased and quantity sold. Quantity purchased is the sum total of inventory transactions quantity for the item. Quantity sold is the number of items sold in the order. Quantity sold excludes orders with the status of Cancelled, Quote or Remade. Additionally for the Frames to be included from the order the frame source has to be Inventory.
• To Synchronize Inventory Counts:
1. Follow the menu sequence … Tools | Synchronize Inventory Counts.
2. Click Yes to Synchronize.
