Chapter 13: Vision Web

VisionWeb Setup

In order to have access to the VisionWeb integration, you will have to contact VisionWeb provider services. They will help you install and setup the RoutOne program on to your system where all the information for your orders are stored. They will also provide you with a login name and password.

      Setting up VisionWeb interface:

1.  Follow the menu item sequence … File | Setup | Company Information.

2.  Click on the Settings Tab.

3.  Under Route ONE folder: found in the VisionWeb section, browse for the RoutOne folder where the program is installed.

4.  Under Status Timeout, input the amount of seconds you wish for the system to wait for a response from VisionWeb before this order is sent to the VisionWeb queue folder. Save your changes, and restart My Vision Express.

5.  Follow the menu item sequence … File | Setup | Supplier/Lab.

6.  Under Location, select the location where you wish to setup this VisionWeb lab for. 

NOTE: Leave location blank if you wish to use this lab in all your locations.

7.  Under Bill Account, Ship Account, VW Login, and VW Password input the provided to you from VisionWeb.

8.  Save your changes.
