VisionWeb Utility

This screen allows you to setup the interface with VisionWeb so you can place online orders conveniently to the suppliers. You can also use this screen to maintain the RoutOne folder.

•      Using the VisionWeb utilities:

1.  Follow the menu item sequence … Tools | VisionWeb Utility.

2.  Click on the appropriate button:

VisionWeb Setup: Takes you to the RouteOne setup screen where you can map your inventories, and check and edit the order status.

Process Orders in Queue: Processes all pending orders and sends them to VisionWeb.

Get Order Status: Generates a report that will show the status of the orders that were sent.

Report Pending Orders: Shows the number of pending orders and the number of orders in the OrderStatus folder.

Clear All Folders: Clears all folders with saved data on orders from the RouteOne folder.

Clear Processedbox Folder: Clears all processed files from RouteOne folder.

Clear OrderStatus Folder: Clears the saved OrderStatus from RouteOne folder.

Clear ErrorBox Folder: Clears all stored error messages from RouteOne folder.

Clear Reviewbox Folder: Clears all stored order reviews from RouteOne folder.
