The Zip/Postal Screen allows you to associate the names of a Cities and States/Provinces with a Zip/Postal Code; therefore, when you type in the Zip/Postal Code, My Vision Express will automatically enter the City and State/Province that you have associated with that Zip/Postal Code.
• To add a Zip/Postal Code:
1. Follow the menu item sequence … File | Setup | Zip/Postal code.
2. In the Zip/Postal Code Screen click the Add Button located on the upper right part of the screen.
3. Enter the City, State, and Zip Code you want associated together.
4. If you would like to add another Zip/Postal Code go to step 2, otherwise click Save then Close from the menu toolbar.
