How the Demandforce Integration Works

This integration utilizes the data in your My Vision Express to send automatic appointment reminders via email and short message service (SMS)/text messages, and send email campaigns based on demographic, scheduling, and transaction information. With all this valuable data in the Demandforce server, My Vision Express users are able to design marketing strategies based upon patient demographic data and historical data of which marketing campaigns worked best to increase patient visit frequency and retail sales.

Telecare

Telecare
Telecare, from Karlsrüd Contact Center Solutions, is a simple "boutique" contact center service for support, created for the optical industry. Telecare makes reminder, recall, and re-activation calls to your patients. Telecare seamlessly makes those calls on the behalf of your practice and schedules directly into the practice management software of My Vision Express.

In addition to outbound calls, Telecare is also able to take calls and cover your telephones when your practice needs it the most.

By taking just three minutes a day (per patient) longer to complete tests, procedures, documents, or engage in conversation can amount to 90 minutes of "lost" staff time per day. All told, that is one full time person by month's end. Telecare is structured and built to make or take those calls and to be there when your practice needs them and to be turned off when you don't.
