My Vision Express  TS Web Access
 
This document contains the instructions on how to login to the Web Access version of the My Vision Express application hosted solution.

  1. Proceed to the following address: http://myvisionexpressonline.com/ts

  2. You will be prompted to login.
     
    Use the login supplied to you by Insight Software for demo purposes.

  4. You’ll be presented to the TS Web Access page.
     
    If you are prompted to install/run any ActiveX controls or downloads, be sure you enable them. Click the Remote Desktop button.

  6. In the Connect to field, type in: 208.43.61.208
    It is recommended you choose a Remote Desktop Size of: 1024 x 768 pixels.

    Click the Connect button to initiate the connection.

  8. You’ll be presented with the Remote Desktop Connection prompt.

    Click the Details button.


  9. Click to share the Clipboard and Printers resources.
     
    Click the Connect button.


  10. You’ll be presented with the desktop login.

    Enter the login and password supplied to you by Insight Software.
    Click Connect or hit Enter to continue.
     
  11. You’ll be taken to the MVE Remote Desktop screen, and be prompted for the MVE application login.
    Enter the login information provided to you by Insight Software.
     
  12. Click the OK button and you’ll be taken to the MVE application.
