  • Added NPI number to Provider Setup
  • Added option to specify Recall Reason when setting up Services.
  • Updated EHR Drawing capability to allow smoother drawings

  • Recall Dates are highlighted in Yellow background if the recall date is expired or not specified

CMS 1500 Claim Form Changes

 

 

 

The new claim form changes are available in the version 4.50 release to ensure our customers are ready for this transition.  There have been a number of changes that have been made such as the addition of the NPI number field and changes made the Insurance portion of the system to comply with the 08/05 revised form.  Below are some of the changes that have been made:

17a referring ID type, 17a. referring ID number, 17b. referring NPI, 32a. NPI, 32b ID, 33a NPI, 33b ID, 33 Added separate field to capture billing provider Phone, 24I. ID type, 24J. rendering ID, 24J. Rendering NPI

REMOVED:
24C. type of service is removed
24J. COB is removed
24K. reserved for local use is removed
