My Vision Express Calendar module allows you to track patient appointments. It provides you with a quick and complete overview of appointments. You can view appointments by date, physician or week. It lets you create and print schedules for the in-house doctors. You can also post notes in notes section to remind you of things to do for the selected day.

Default appointment duration and  business hours can be defined under the calendar defaults

The Calendar offers 2 different views Weekly and Daily
The Day view shows daily appointments by doctor
From the main calendar window you can print appointment schedules and print letters for selected appointments
You can easily  search for available time slots with the Search Available appointments button
When booking an appointment for an existing patient you can auto-fill the required information with the Search patient option on the Calendar Details  Window
The Patient Details screen will allow you to enter new patient's or to review existing patients information on the fly
The appointment recurrence feature will book future appointments for you based on the specified criteria
The Calendar also features a convenient Appointment Waitlist
There are two Calendar Reports available. The appointment details report by doctor and patient demographics
