When multiple staff members have access to your application, you may want to assign security access privileges for specific functions. My Vision Express offers different levels of security access or security groups that you can assign to users. You can define the security access based on security groups. Security allows you to customize the application to your needs. You can easily hide the functions that you do not use.

• Automatic application lock after specified idle time

• Assign security access privileges for specific My Vision Express functions

• The database file that contains data is not available for copying over the network preventing anyone to copy it from another computer

• The database file that contains data cannot be easily opened and is secured with password. It uses Microsoft SQL Server as the database, one of the best databases for any size. This is very important as any user with a little knowledge can cause a lot of damage to the data
